Care :

Indoor product care.

• Try and use a tablecloth or any thick quality cloth on your Wootique product which is subject to daily and heavy use.
• Do not keep warm or cold items directly on a furniture surface; instead use a hot pad or coasters; please do not keep hot items like a tawa or baking dish even on a hot pad.
• To protect your furniture from fading, avoid keeping your furniture next to windows and other places where it can be exposed to direct sunlight.
• To avoid minor scratches which may hamper the finish of your furniture avoid sliding or passing items placed on your tabletop.
• Avoid placing items like burning candles or irons on any furniture as the heat generated from them may affect the life of your furniture in the long run, make use of candle holders to avoid melting wax touching the furniture.
• Cleaning your furniture items regularly will help you maintain them for a long time, make sure that you clean your furniture gently with a soft lightly damp cloth; using a rough rag and pressing it hard against the wood might lead to minor scratches.
• In case of a spill on the furniture, never try to wipe it as it will spread the spill and hamper the polish, instead just blot the spill.
• To protect your furniture from moisture, avoid placing it in direct contact with damp walls. We recommend wiping the moisture promptly with a dry, soft & lint-free cloth.
• To avoid pest damage and pest troubles it is recommended that Wootique products be regularly maintained with pest treatment done by experts.

Warranty Terms:

• The furniture is designed and manufactured to provide dependable service under normal circumstances and intended use. Wootique Living warrants the original purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the applicable warranty terms.
• The product comes with a 36-month warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
• The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper handling, use beyond the intended purpose, accidents, negligence, modifications, or normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
• – Due to seasonal climate variations, solid wood naturally contracts and expands throughout its life. Such natural movement is not covered under the warranty. Glue lines and other characteristics resulting from the natural properties of wood are not considered defects and are not covered under the warranty.

Returns and Cancellations:

As each Wootique Living product is handcrafted and made to order, standard returns and exchanges:

• Damaged Product received during transit
• Manufacturing Defect
• Incomplete Product
• Incorrect Product received

For products damaged during transit, customers must contact Wootique Living within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging. If the damage is confirmed to have occurred during transit, Wootique Living will replace the product. If a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued. Natural variations in wood grain, texture, colour, finish, minor warping, shifting, or cracking caused by humidity or climate changes are not considered defects and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Customers should not send any product back without first contacting Wootique Living and receiving confirmation from our team.
