Handcrafted Wood Homeware & Furniture

As each piece is handcrafted and made to order, all wooden items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Natural variations in grain, texture, color, and finish are expected and celebrated as part of the design.

Minor warping, shifting, or cracking due to humidity or climate changes is natural and not considered a defect.

Please provide clear photos of the damage and packaging when contacting us.

If the damage is confirmed, we will replace the item, or issue a refund if a replacement is not possible.

Please do not accept or sign for visibly damaged packages. Refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.

Delivery Timelines

We ship across India using reliable courier partners. Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number and tracking link so you can easily monitor the delivery of your order.

Orders are dispatched: Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Delivery: Delivery is estimated within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
