As our products are handcrafted and made to order, please review the following Return and Refund Policy before placing your order.

The following terms are applicable to products purchased from Us.

Returns and Exchanges

As each piece is handcrafted and made to order, all wooden items purchased from Wootique Living are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

We carefully inspect and package each order before dispatch. Because our products are handcrafted specifically for our customers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, change of mind, size preference, or natural characteristics of the wood.

Natural Variations in Wood

Natural variations in grain, texture, colour, and finish are expected and celebrated as part of the design.

Minor warping, shifting, or cracking due to humidity or climate changes is natural and is not considered a defect.

These natural characteristics are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Damaged Items During Transit

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact Us within 48 hours of delivery.

– The damaged item
– The outer packaging
– The packaging condition
– Any visible damage caused during transit

Our team will review the submitted information.

If the damage is confirmed to have occurred during transit, We will replace the item. If a replacement is not possible, We will issue a refund.

Please do not accept or sign for packages that are visibly damaged. Refuse the delivery and notify Us immediately.

Conditions for Damage Claims

To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to transit damage:

– You must contact Us within 48 hours of delivery.
– Clear photographs of the damaged product must be provided.
– Clear photographs of the packaging must be provided.
– The damage must be confirmed by Our team as transit-related.

Claims relating to natural variations in wood, including grain, texture, colour, finish, minor warping, shifting, or cracking caused by humidity or climate changes, are not considered transit damage or product defects.

Refunds

Refunds are applicable only when an item is confirmed to have been damaged during transit and a replacement is not possible.

If a refund is approved, We will process the applicable refund using the payment method used for the original Order, where possible.

The time required for the refund to appear in Your account may vary depending on Your payment provider or bank.

Order Cancellation

Because our products are handcrafted and made to order, please contact Us as soon as possible if You need to request cancellation of an Order.

Cancellation requests should be made within 24 hours of placing the Order.

Once an Order has entered production, been customised, or been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship across India using reliable courier partners.

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the Order.

Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days from dispatch.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or drop-box addresses.

Returning Goods

As all wooden items are handcrafted and made to order, We do not accept standard returns or exchanges.

In the event that We specifically request a damaged item to be returned for inspection, We will provide the necessary instructions regarding the return shipment.

Customers should not send products back without first contacting Us and receiving confirmation from Our team.
